ACCOMMODATION TERMS

Rates are quoted in US$
Rates are quoted inclusive of Government Tourism Levy at 2%
National Park Fees are excluded and payable direct in CASH by guest.
VAT is not applicable to accommodation charges booked and paid for outside Zimbabwe as per current regulations
We reserve the right to amend rates subject to change in Government Levies and Taxes but will honour a confirmed booking at existing agreed rates
Check-out time is 10.00 hrs, check-in time is 14.00 hrs
Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Payment for groups (10+ clients) must be received 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within this period will incur penalty charges
Children's Policy Infants under 2 years of age stay free and meals charged as taken
Children 2 - 12 years of age pay 50% of adult charge on accommodation and breakfast when sharing with parent, or when two children share one room
